Welcome to CK Love Shop (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our website, purchasing our 100% electric retro food trucks, or engaging our import and delivery services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Business & Custom Orders

• Turnkey Import Solutions: CK Love Shop specializes in importing custom-built, 100% electric, retro-styled mobile food trucks and trailers directly from manufacturing partners to customers in the United States.
• Specifications & Branding: All units feature standard specifications, including 304 stainless steel commercial kitchens, specialized equipment layouts (for hamburger or coffee concepts), white exterior finishes, and the official front CK logo badge.
• Customization Approval: Once a custom build layout (e.g., gourmet burger or artisan coffee bar) is approved by the client and production begins, modifications cannot be made without incurring additional charges and potential delivery delays.

2. Pricing, Deposits, and Payment Terms

• Pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and include factory production, ocean freight, U.S. customs brokerage, tariffs, and inland doorstep delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. State sales taxes and local DMV registration fees are billed or collected separately according to state regulations.
• Deposit Requirements: A standard initial deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate factory production and customization. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to final dispatch from the U.S. port terminal to the customer’s delivery address.

3. Shipping, Customs Clearance, and Delivery

• Import Compliance: We manage international logistics, ocean freight via major ports (such as the Port of Houston), and formal customs clearance through licensed U.S. customs brokers, including compliance with Partner Government Agencies (DOT/EPA).
• Doorstep Delivery: Inland transport is executed via professional hotshot flatbed or tilt-deck services. Delivery timelines are estimates; unforeseen port congestion, customs inspections, or weather delays may impact final arrival dates.
• Inspection Upon Delivery: Customers or their authorized representatives must inspect the food truck immediately upon delivery. Any transport-induced exterior damage or discrepancies must be documented and reported to CK Love Shop within 48 hours of receipt.

4. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

• Manufacturer Warranty: Vehicles and commercial kitchen equipment include a standard limited manufacturer warranty covering core electrical components and structural integrity.
• Health & Safety Codes: While our vehicles are built to general commercial standards, buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that their mobile food truck complies with local county health department codes, fire suppression regulations, and mobile vending permits specific to their operating municipality.
• Limitation of Liability: CK Love Shop shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of business revenue, or operational downtime resulting from delivery delays or local regulatory compliance issues.

• Communication Data: Records of inquiries, custom build preferences, and customer support messages.

• To manufacture, ship, clear customs, and deliver your custom electric food truck.
• To communicate updates regarding production milestones, ocean freight tracking, and hotshot delivery scheduling.
• To comply with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Department of Transportation (DOT), and state DMV titling requirements.

3. Data Security & Sharing

• We implement robust administrative and technical security measures to protect your personal and business data.
• We only share necessary information with trusted third-party partners (such as licensed customs brokers, ocean carriers, and inland flatbed trucking services) strictly required to complete your delivery. We never sell your personal information.
